She’s the founder of the heART space. She’s among the initiators of the YouTube video podcast Consciousness Rising -Zimbabwe & Beyond, where people from all walks of life, with a particular attention to healers, share their experiences.

Together, we’ll work with the underlying causes that created the emotional baggage that brings you to unhealthy responses. These can stem from present or past experiences. The trauma may have happened in your personal life, can be passed down as an intergenerational trauma or coming even from a previous time. Your symptoms also could be the result of an unhealthy work or home space. This energy work will help release cellular memories that, once cleared, will make to re-member and re-claim your Being as a whole.

Systemic Family Constellations
We belong to our parents’ lineages and their lives’ experience. Your family tree is your family system. Traumatic events in the family, up to seven generations prior and beyond, may become part of our blueprint. At times, in the family system some issue that wasn’t possible to deal with, may resurface, unexpectedly, at a later stage in following generations.
Be it in group or one-on-one, your constellation will explore in a representational form your family system and the relationships between its family members. Through an embodied interactive process of seeing and acknowledging what happened, we’ll make space for possible resolution.
You may want to explore intergenerational trauma, repeated family patterns and behaviours, health and money issues, addictions, displacement, abuse, adoption, loss of a child, anxiety and much more.

The Emotion Code and/or Body Code
Any imbalance in the body, emotion, mental and spiritual realms can be found in six underlaying areas. By rebalancing those areas, clearing all those blocks, trapped emotions, heart walls etc. with the help of magnets, you can create a fulfilled and abundant life.

The Journey
Through a guided interactive process, you access to those cellular memories that may cause dis-ease at all levels. Easily we can break vows, negative core beliefs and behaviours. You’ll be able to access forgiveness of self and others, breaking the chains that kept you stuck in the past.

ReiKi
Reiki means Soul Power. In the 1920s in Japan, Usui Mikao, through his personal process of enlighment, received a way to channel ReiKi Energy through a lying-of-hands technique that later called Usui Reiki Method for the Improvement of Body and Mind. This process may help you to relax your mind letting the body take over with its own healing process, directly connected to Source. I belong to the Japanese lineage of Usui Mikao, Hayashi Chujiro, Yamaguchi Chiyoko and Yamaguchi Tadao as well as to the Western lineage. I love the purity of Jikiden Reiki, that I teach because it maintained its original form.

Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is the art of tapping on specific body points that correspond to the beginning or end of our pathways of energy in the body, called meridians, according to the Chinese Medicine. Under my guidance, you’ll follow a routine that may bring back some memories that are connected to the issue you’re working on. Most of the time you’ll release them bringing clarity, integration and resolution to your present issue.

Transformative & Evolutionary ART 
They say that an image is worth 1000 words. Paintings can be metaphors of your life. In a short time, you’ll SEE where you are and how painting can show you ways out. You’ll have a sense of renewed life force and creativity that are going to give birth to yourself strengthening your ability to let go. You’ll be making peace with imperfection and judgement. NO Art experience is required.

Creatively Fit Coaching
This is intentional painting for guidance and manifestation. According to the type of energy you want to bring more in your life, you’ll be painting symbols or yantra, power animals, Gods and Goddesses, the elements, mandala and many other themes that can surface at the canvas. The Color of the Soul Ritual
You’ll experience a very profound and elegant Ritual with guided meditation or inner journey, free movement and intuitive painting.
