I have always felt drawn to Natural Healing. So when the children left home it was my chance to go on a journey of healing and to self reflect, which led me on a path to train in Reflexology and Reiki. In the past it helped me and now it feels like it is my way of helping others who need guidance to reflect and heal themselves from within.
