Reiki is a Japanese spiritual system used for healing & spiritual development. It is a hands—on healing therapy that works in the energetic (information) field of the body, focusing on the main chakra systems.

The chakras in the body are energy wheels that govern certain parts of the physical, emotional and spiritual body. When functioning optimally they aid in keeping the body in a state of ease. When blocked or impaired by physical, emotional or spiritual blockages they cause a state of dis-ease in the body.

Reiki uses universal energy to raise the frequency and vibration of energy in each main chakra, assisting the body in restoring balance and a state of ease.
