Blessings... my name is Sandy Gardini and I have been practicing and teaching Reiki and Meditation for the past 20 years. I also facilitate meditation workshops and retreats.

I studied Reiki Level 1 in 2003, Level 2 in 2004 and Advanced Level in 2006.  I been practicing Reiki and Meditation since 2007. I then did my Master’s Degree in Cape Town in 2014 with an International Certified Reiki Master/ Natural Healer.

Reiki

Reiki works on your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels and can heal ailments from anxiety to cancer, which together with modern medicine, I experienced first hand. I am a stage 4 cancer survivor.

Meditation

Meditation sessions are dependent on what is required by you. From learning about meditation to guiding you through one in a peaceful and tranquil space.  We all need to find peace! Workshops are two hours inclusive of teas and cards.

Retreats

Held together with my goddaughter who is a yoga instructor and a vegan chef. These retreats include Reiki, Meditation, Yoga and healthy food. Connecting with you and feeding your mind, body and soul.
